Placing, modifying, and paying for your order.
Add a piece to your bag, choose colour and size if available, and check out with card, PayPal, or Apple Pay. You'll receive a confirmation email with maker notes within minutes.

Yes — within 24 hours. Most pieces are made-to-order, so once an artisan begins, we can't pause without losing materials. Email hello@vietweave.studio as soon as you can.
USD by default. Vietnamese visitors see VND automatically. Other regions can switch via the footer dropdown — conversion at daily mid-market rate.

Most pieces are made-to-order — please allow 5–7 days for crafting. Larger or custom pieces take 2–4 weeks. We'll email you the day yours leaves Hội An.
Standard worldwide: $12 — free over $120.
Express (DHL, 3–5 days): $32 — free over $250.
Within Vietnam: $4 — free over $60.
Nearly everywhere — 96 countries currently. If you're somewhere unusual, write to us first and we'll quote a special rate.
For orders outside Vietnam, customs fees may apply on arrival — these depend on your country. We mark parcels accurately as "handmade textile goods" to keep things straightforward.
Living with natural fibers — the gentle way.
Dust gently every few weeks with a soft brush. For spots: cool water and a drop of plant-based soap, blotted not rubbed. Reshape fringe by combing softly with your fingers.
Slowly, over years — natural fibers patina beautifully. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and your piece will keep its tone for a decade or more.
Hand-wash in cool water with a wool/silk detergent, lay flat to dry away from sun. No tumble drier. Iron from the reverse on the silk setting.
Yes — we use undyed natural fibers and plant-based dyes only. No formaldehyde, no synthetic finishes, no chemical bleaching. If you have specific sensitivities, write us.

Yes. Write to us with the piece, your dimensions, and any colour notes. We'll quote within 24 hours and start once you confirm.
Most custom pieces ship in 3–4 weeks. Larger pieces (curtains, headboards) can take 5–6 weeks. We'll always confirm a date before you commit.
Custom pieces are made just for you, so they're final-sale unless damaged in transit. We send fabric swatches before any custom commitment.
If it's not right, we'll make it right.
30 days from delivery, unused, in original linen wrap. Custom pieces excepted (see above).
Email returns@vietweave.studio with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label and instructions within one business day.
Within 5 business days of receiving the piece back. Refunds go to the original payment method.
